I usually just throw my jewelry in a little bag with a zipper…it gets tangled. I should remedy that, right? Such pretty organizing!
Love the little cups. I have a jewelry bag that has a few different pockets to keep everything separated and neat.
I saw that picture on A Creative Mint this morning! I <3 those peach oxfords, stripe top and Ray Bans! Woot Woot!:) Have an amazing trip to NYC! My Home State!:)
If you go through any bouroughs stop by the Spanish Diners! SO good!
I love the idea of getting cute dishes for jewelry…may try to find some at Anthro or somewhere like that (: Thanks again for guest posting! So fun to have you xoxo

I love organizing my jewelry with pretty dishes.
I’m really horrible at storing/organizing my jewelry! I went to NYC for the first time last year and really want to go back. But I hope to go back to California this summer. 🙂
Bowls!.. I love using antique metal, hand made ceramic, or wood bowls, to keep all my treasures in easy reach and eye view.
Just arrived back from Waikiki, busy with friends and family.
So, a drive up the west coast is my intention for the Summer, or sooner.
Cheers!
I love storing and organizing everything! I like to keep my jewelry in handmade wood boxes from brazil.
and great guest post!
You should be a part of a contest for one of the best websites on the internet.

I did a diy on a jewelry display here! http://nikkibit.blogspot.com/2010/11/diy-jewelry-display.html
Its great for earrings and necklaces, but it also works as a beautiful piece of art for your wall!

I need to do something with my jewelry, I’m constantly untangling things in the mornings. Plus it gives me an excuse to buy all those cute little Goodwill bowls 😉

I love storing my jewelry in pretty cups and bowls! And I’m so jealous of your NYC trip! I don’t think I’ll be headed anywhere exciting this summer.

I’m the worst packer. The only travel plans I have are to our fam’s vaycay home in the App Mountains. I’m really looking forward to getting away! I hope you and the wee one are doing great!
Those little jewelry bowls are so precious! Pretty and useful… my kind of item!
Happy late Mothers Day, Anna! xo

HA! I wish I could pack neatly. Doesn’t seem to be in the stars for me. 😉
I have one BIG travel plan this summer — and it lands me in NYC. And is it sad that in that first photograph, I totally recognized all the bowls as being from Anthropologie?
Those cute bowls are such a fabulous idea! My jewelry is a mess right now. I want to go get some anthro bowls right away!
I love Michaela! And I love your ‘love me’ picks 🙂
The little cups are a great idea!! Need major help in this department!

GASPS! i love the colorful dish display. makes not only the jewelry an eye catcher but the storing spot too!
i wish there was some travel plans coming up but unfortch it’s not in the cards just yet. you lucky duckie, NY is one of my fave places ever. happy trip planning/packing!
gonna check the guest post out, i really like the title, clever indeed. ♥
New York! How fun:) Enjoy your trip…
Those storage bowls are very pretty indeed. I guess it does make a difference in using plain containers as compared to those with patterns and beautiful colours. Your stuff automatically becomes more interesting and prettier I suppose. They can also be perfect decorative items in the rooms and not just serve the purpose of storage containers only. Very inspiring for me too these ideas.
