So good to hear Danielle! We were wanting an option for Gabriel just to be able to reach him if we need to if he is doing after school stuff or sports in the future. Gabe was a dean of students, and after what he saw happening with smart phones in middle school he felt really strongly about no smartphones. I wish it wasn’t such a norm among their peer groups!

Thank you Christina! Yes, it certainly takes a while to feel like its home, but getting just our family room set up made a big difference. I knew some familiar pieces would help us all. I am thinking of you and that sweet new baby coming soon! All you need to worry about is drinking water and finding cozy postpartum pjs;)

She just started 8th grade. It doesn’t have group texting and you can’t send pictures but they just came out with a newer version that you can preorder that includes both of those (I’m pretty sure). We did preorder that for her and plan to keep her old one as a kid phone. Not sure when we will get her a smart phone…

I don’t know what it is, but it takes me soooo long to feel “at home” in a new space, so I’m sure you’re having all those feelings too. Yet, so much familiarity here, and comfort zones for the kids to rely on as you move into newness. I love your fall capsules! Right now, about to deliver baby, I didn’t even want to make any plans for wardrobe hahaha…and, yes, it all is selling out like crazy! LOL. Sending love and prayers.
