With every dark pair of denim, I wear out the knees first. They fade over time, and sit in a stack in my closet. Well, I chuckle a little over the destroyed knee denim look taking over, and the amount that you can purchase them for. Really, why dish out a couple hundred when you can upcycle a pair you already own? Sharing my method for successful torn denim on the eHow style blog:) P.S.
