All this time at home and in our own backyard got me to do the all of things I was avoiding like power washing the deck and outdoor rugs, washing the cushion covers, and getting the patio cleaned up. Patio furniture can be so pricey, so I always wait for a sale. I’ve learned that real wicker doesn’t hold up, and the pieces that last the longest are the plastic wicker, teak wood, and metal materials. our lower cement patio area furniture is a teak wood set from Article which we have been really happy with. The cushion covers are also water resistant which is key for longer wear.

Under our pergola is a sofa from Selamat Designs, and I admit white is tough to keep clean, but a good wash and soak of the seat covers each season has done the trick!
