Our small space laundry room was a challenge to use due to the door opening into the space vs. outward. It required some mild ninja level skills to get laundry in and out! Once the dryer died, we went ahead and rode the wave through a whole renovation of the space. Thinking through how we would use this space, we decided to maximize every inch!

The process of buying a washer and dryer can be overwhelming considering all of the new options available. Thanks to the feedback you all sent us we were able to narrow down the top brands known for quality. From there, we did our own research and ended up choosing Maytag brand. We have had the Apt2B tuxedo sectional for a few months now, and happy to report it has been incredibly comfortable and spacious for our crew. One of the main reasons we chose this one was for quality. (See this post about best sectionals.) The microfiber velvet is also very easy to clean! Gus already drew on it with pen, and it came right out with rubbing alcohol. Alleluia! The pillows are easy to fluff, and the softness is medium firm. It’s on sale for President’s Day Weekend!

We started this room over a year ago, and I actually have loved being able to take my time thinking through the layout and design for this room for our girls. This is a “bonus room” we converted into a bedroom for all three sisters to share! So how about a tour? Come on in!
