Tomorrow Christmas break begins, and so this most likely will be our last post of 2021! When I have a new baby it feels like the year is one long blurry month. I sort of stumbled hard into December and am really looking forward to a time of rest with my kids. When I look at these photos I see so many changes from last year, an evolving home that has given us a place to adjust to a new city and new life changes. It’s been a few years since we have done a holiday home tour!

We give the kids one family gift every year which is always a game. These have all been ones we have played many times through the winter months or over visits with cousins. A few of these my own siblings and I love to play too. We are always looking for a good game rec if you want to share any of your own favorites below!

We have a three gift tradition for each of our kiddos and they think long and hard about what to wish for each year. since we now have ages spanning baby through 12 yrs old, we wanted this post to be a helpful gift guide of things our kids have really loved and used over the years. If you have local toy stores (We love Philips Toy Store here in Nashville), support them first if you can! They may have many of these items!
